pkr2ea reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The pkr2ea platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. pkr2ea reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active pkr2ea Account. Opening duplicate accounts – whether under the same or a different identity – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than registering again.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms. pkr2ea may verify registration details against third-party identity databases at any time.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC). pkr2ea may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address in Pakistan, and payment method verification. Accounts that fail verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended pending documentation receipt.
2.5 Jurisdiction Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pkr2ea platform is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. pkr2ea does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in specific Pakistani provinces or regions. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, and all other Pakistani cities and towns must independently satisfy themselves as to the applicable laws in their location.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr2ea login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr2ea will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pkr2ea immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pkr2ea will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to maintain login security.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Accounts are for personal use only. Allowing third parties to access or operate your pkr2ea Account, or using another person's Account, is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkr2ea currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC-20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT deposits, which are converted at the prevailing rate at time of processing.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. pkr2ea does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed during standard banking hours. pkr2ea targets same-day processing for verified Accounts submitting requests before cut-off times. Requests submitted during public holidays, including Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha, may experience extended processing windows.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account (source-of-funds principle) or to a verified account in the Account holder's name. pkr2ea reserves the right to request supporting documentation before authorising a withdrawal.
4.5 Bonus Fund Withdrawals. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being removed from the Account balance. Full bonus terms are displayed at the point of each bonus offer.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pkr2ea are subject to acceptance at pkr2ea's discretion. Bets are confirmed only when a bet reference number is issued and the stake is deducted from the Account balance. pkr2ea reserves the right to decline or limit bets at any time without explanation.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino products. These are displayed on the relevant game or market interface. Limits may vary by Account tier and product type.
5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome or payout, pkr2ea reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Account balances. Casino game malfunctions void all related plays and bets.
5.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules. For PSL and international cricket markets, pkr2ea applies the following general rules: (a) Minimum number of overs must be bowled for a match result to be valid; (b) In the event of match abandonment without a result, affected bets will be settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned); (c) In-play bets placed after an event outcome has been determined will be voided. 5.5 Game Integrity. pkr2ea reserves the right to void and withhold payment on any bet where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of match fixing, cheating, collusion, or any other form of corruption affecting the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on pkr2ea are available to eligible registered users as specified in each individual promotion's terms. pkr2ea reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on Account history, verification status, or activity patterns.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Abuse. pkr2ea reserves the right to withhold bonuses and void winnings derived from bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of errors, opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, wagering patterns designed specifically to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr2ea platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:
All content on the pkr2ea platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, odds displays, and design elements, is the property of pkr2ea or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any platform content without express written permission from pkr2ea is strictly prohibited.
9.1 pkr2ea provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr2ea excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 pkr2ea will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from system downtime, connectivity failures, or third-party payment provider issues.
9.3 pkr2ea's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 pkr2ea does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. pkr2ea accepts no liability for losses incurred during unplanned outages, including live bet settlements affected by technical disruptions.
10.1 pkr2ea is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is a form of entertainment. Gambling involves risk and should never be treated as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.
10.2 pkr2ea provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders: (a) deposit limits; (b) loss limits; (c) session duration reminders; (d) temporary account cooling-off periods; (e) permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your pkr2ea account settings after login.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted to pkr2ea will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, pkr2ea will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Account from placing bets or accessing casino products. 10.4 pkr2ea does not market its services to minors and uses commercially reasonable age verification measures at registration. If you become aware that a minor has accessed the pkr2ea platform, please contact support at [email protected] immediately.
11.1 pkr2ea reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; (b) Account activity is identified as potentially fraudulent or involving money laundering; (c) the Account holder is found to be a Prohibited User; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require it.
11.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, pkr2ea reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining verified funds will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method.
11.3 You may close your pkr2ea Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, will be returned to your registered payment method.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Users accessing the platform from within Pakistan are responsible for compliance with applicable Pakistani law.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of pkr2ea, you should first contact the pkr2ea support team in writing at [email protected] with full details of the issue. pkr2ea will respond to formal written complaints within 10 working days. pkr2ea's determination on disputed bet settlements and account matters, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, shall be final.
12.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr2ea in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
